- online help and knowledge base articles

- policies and procedures
- technical marketing reports
Some of the technologies I’ve worked with:
- Windows Server, Active Directory, and PowerShell
- VisualBasic
- XML/DITA
- SQL Server
While I am not an expert in any of these areas, I am familiar with the basics and have learned more, either by force of my own curiosity or the requirements of a given writing assignment.
